Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your payment, a confirmation will be sent to you immediately via email. This confirmation will include details of your agreement and payment for your records.

Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Refund Policy

JNL Marketing Management determines the service(s) given depending on the client’s signature and initial fee payment. Regardless of the outcome of your case, the initial cost for our service(s) is non-refundable.*

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used for the purchase.
  • For cancellations made within the first 14 days from the date of signing the agreement, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Please allow between 10 to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. The exact time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

*If you are a European Union client, you have 14 days from the date of your initial payment to cancel the agreement and receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • EU customers can cancel their agreement within the first 14 days from the date of signing and receive a full refund.
  • To cancel your agreement, please contact our customer support team and provide your contract details.
  • Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will initiate the refund as per the refund policy mentioned above.

Please note that any request for cancellation or refund after the specified time frames may not be honored. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases of abuse or misuse of our policies.
